Associates of LeadTeam are independent and experienced consultants. LeadTeam calls on them to support projects when clients have specific needs.
Linda Mather, Ed.D, CPF, is a communications consultant, facilitator, and trainer specializing in group dynamics, facilitation, and leadership. She is a professional facilitator, assessor, and global process manager certified by the International Association of Facilitators.
With extensive expertise facilitating meetings on controversial community issues, Linda provides a safe environment for people to discuss their diverse views. As founding executive director of Forums Institute for Public Policy, Linda facilitated the New Jersey Policy Forums on Health and Medical Care for more than 10 years. During that time she developed a meeting approach called Informed Contemplative Dialogue and a manual for Facilitating Policy Forums.
She served as Interim Dean at William Paterson University, as associate director at the New Jersey Department of Higher Education, and as an associate professor of communications at Rowan University. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
She has presented workshops on topics such as leadership for graduate students at Thomas Edison State University, presentation skills for the Educational Testing Service and the Facilities Department at Princeton University.
Linda founded Beacon Consulting Associates, now in Portland, OR., to help improve communications for corporate, non-profit, community, and public sector clients and to help them achieve better results.
