Associates of LeadTeam are independent and experienced consultants or leaders in the profession. LeadTeam calls on them to support projects when clients have specific needs.
Zoe Flanagan, Research Associate
Zoe Flanagan, MPP, has 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector; beginning her career in fundraising and program management, she is now working as a researcher and program evaluator specializing in qualitative analysis methods. Currently she works at Oregon Community Foundation as a research assistant in the Community Impact Department where she conducts program evaluation of the Foundation’s long-term, state-wide initiatives with a focus on youth development. Zoe earned a BA in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark in 2011, and in 2018 earned her Master’s in Public Policy from Portland State University. During graduate school, she worked as a research assistant with the Center for Public Service on a workplace assessment for Portland Fire & Rescue. Upon completion of her degree, PSU awarded Zoe both the Presidential Award and Dean’s Award for Community Engagement. She has volunteered abroad for organizations involved in international development work in Tanzania and Cambodia, for the local farmers market and for a local refugee resettlement agency, where she later worked as a program assistant. Zoe has also worked in fundraising with a diverse group of organizations including: World Affairs Council of Oregon, Oregon Health and Science University Foundation, and Caldera Arts.
